About Postomat
Postomat is a publishing planner for small businesses and independent authors: you prepare posts in advance, and the service publishes them on schedule to Telegram, VK and MAX.
What it does
- Keeps a queue of posts and publishes them at the appointed minute in your time zone.
- Cross-posts one text to several channels with per-platform result and error reporting.
- Retries failed publications three times and never duplicates platforms that already accepted a post.
- Tracks short links, clicks and UTM tags, and exports history and analytics as CSV.
How your data is handled
- Channel tokens are stored on our server in Russia and used only to publish your posts.
- Tokens can be kept encrypted at rest; the encryption key lives in the server environment, not in the database.
- Accounts are tied to an email address; a password reset invalidates older sessions.
- Deleting an account removes posts, channels, media and support messages.

Languages
The service interface is available in Russian (main version) and English. Knowledge-base articles and the dashboard are currently in Russian; English localisation of the workspace is in progress.
